Cobone: Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken

I saw this Cobone deal but never got around purchasing one. With my recent positive experiences with group buying sites in the Philippines, I decided to try it here in Dubai too. 

Several options to play such as Credit or Debit Cards, Paypal, Cash on Delivery, etc. Of course I chose PP.

I plan to bring my girlfriends so I bought 3 vouchers. I'll definitely blog about it once we used the voucher.

One thing I can complain is their referral system, I referred a friend but never got the supposed to be reward.  

Shopping Experience

I just came from Hong Kong, we had a few hours stop over and headed to Mongkok particularly on their Ladies Night Market. I love night markets and haggling for great bargains. But due to limited time, less than 3 hours I only was able to grab only a few buys. I later on realized I could get the same on an online shop minus the hassle. Like some workwear at the Engelbert Strauss online shop, you could even find items on sale too.

So whether to shop online or at stores have their own pros and cons. For both, there is a need to check different stores first and later on do the purchases. I got a similar blouse that was one third of the price from another store. Talk about too much mark up on their prices. I guess they anticipated customers asking for discounts. I understand that but it was also a turn off to prospective customers. I refuse to buy from those stores who gave me a half price from the original because I don’t expect they will be truthful in their dealings.

The next time I plan to go to shop at Mongkok or any other night markets, I’ll allot at least half a day to shop to my heart’s desire.

Shoes from Liliw, Laguna

We went to Liliw Laguna to buy some shoes, not just for personal use but also for my mom's buy and sell business. 

We arrived there at 5 pm, only an hour and a half before closing time so we have to rush to complete our shopping spree. Due to limited time we only got to visit 4 shops and buy around 100 pairs mostly sandals. It cannot be called Imeldific because my mom will re-sell it too.

I cannot let the opportunity slip without buying my own shoes. Got only 5 pairs, prices ranges from 300-350 pesos.
